RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind about the product when you receive it you must inform us within 14 days of delivery that you would like to return the item for a refund.

It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition. Any items not received in their original packaging are not saleable and therefore not refundable.

Once the product packaging has been written on the product is no longer in re-saleable condition and a refund cannot be provided.


Returns must be made with a completed returns form and can be obtained by contacting the office for a returns number.

Specially manufactured goods and items returned outside of the 14 day returns window will be subject to a 15% handling charge.

Any handling charge will be offset against the relevant credit. For any queries regarding your returns, please quote your allocated RMA number when contacting us.

 

FAULTY GOODS

We will refund the cost of the goods and the cost of you returning the items to us.

Please see our returns procedure below for further instructions.

All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty when tested then only the product value will be refunded.

For large pallet deliveries please be aware that the costs will be considerably higher than you are charged for delivery.

Our returns policy does NOT apply to Galaxy Showers.

If you have a query about a Galaxy product or an existing Galaxy product is not working properly please contact Galaxy Showers on the following telephone number 01733 456789.

You should not uninstall the shower until it has been confirmed that it is OK to do so as Galaxy operate an engineer call out service.

CHECKING DELIVERIES FOR DAMAGE/SHORTAGES

For small item deliveries that arrive with carriers you agree to open all boxes and thoroughly to check the goods for damage or any umdelivered pieces on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage/shortages within 3 working days of the delivery.

If we are not notified of damage within 3 working days we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier, which negates any free of charge replacements to you.

You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 3 working days.

For bulky deliveries that arrive on pallets you agree to check the goods for damage before signing the driver’s delivery note.

If you sign for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition and later claims for damages will not be considered.

If the driver refuses to wait while you check the goods then you must refuse to accept the delivery and email [email protected] with the details as soon as possible.

If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check.
