The Manrose QF100TX5CON is a 100mm bathroom concealed extraction fan with timer, rated at IP44, manufactured by Manrose Ventilation.
The QF100TX5CON extraction fan, as part of the Domestic range of Manrose fans, has a super quiet operation, exceptional extraction rate and high quality motors rated and warranted for 30,000 (or 3 years). Manufactured from high ABS thermoplastics they are tough, tidy looking and easy to clean, making them suitable for use in domestic bathrooms.
The fan has an operating volume of only 28dB(A) at three metres – as quiet as you can whisper - yet can still have up to 21 litres of air moving through it per second. Using only a maximum of 6W they are especially cheap to run, making them very suitable around the home for the average homeowner or tenant. Furthermore, it is rated at IPX5 which guarantees water resistance from high velocity spray.
The QF100TX5CON features an adjustable run-on timer which can be set between 5 and 30 minutes, ensuring that the user is in full control of how long the appliance is running and therefore how much it costs to run.
The fan must not be accessible to a person in a shower or a bath, and must be installed a minimum of 1.8m from the floor.
