The BG Electrical Moulded Round Edge 822DP is a white double (2 gang) double-pole switched socket, rated at 13A. This is a pack of 5, providing savings for larger projects.

With its modern round edge design, the 822DP is a great value option for a huge variety of domestic and commercial installations. As a double pole switched socket it not only functions as a simple on/off for the appliance plugged in, but switches live and neutral to allow for safe isolation of the circuit.

The 822DP is simple to install; supplied with fixing screws, installation instructions and angled colour-coded terminals with captive screws, to make retrofitting into an existing backbox (minimum depth 25mm) easy. Additionally, the socket is twin earth fitted to allow for safer, high-integrity connections.
